Acceptance
By accessing our website or engaging Future Secure Solutions (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you represent an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
Services & Scope
Services are described in the applicable proposal, SOW, or order form. Changes to scope require written approval. Timelines depend on timely client inputs and approvals.
Accounts & Security
Where we provision access (dashboards, project tools), you must maintain confidentiality of credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Fees & Payment
Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are defined in the SOW or order form. Late payments may incur fees and may pause delivery until resolved.
Intellectual Property
Pre-existing IP of each party remains that party’s property. Upon full payment, deliverable-specific IP is transferred as specified in the SOW, excluding our underlying methods, templates, and tooling.
Confidentiality
Both parties will protect confidential information with reasonable care and use it solely for the engagement. Exclusions include information that is public, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
Unauthorized Project Listing
Listing or disclosing any project, proposal, or client association with Future Secure Solutions without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding six (6) months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
